Testimonials From Our Satisfied Clients

tires_weights1If you’ve looked around the website, you’ve read about our training philosophy, certified trainers, professional training facility and competitive fees. That’s important stuff, but the reason we’re here is our clients, and we hope to include you among their success stories.

About 75% of our clients are women. Most of them never saw a gym like ours (check out our Facilities page) before they walked in the door. And, most will tell you they get a better workout here than at the places with the mirrors, machines, crowds, and…well…higher prices.

Most of our clients, male or female, come here to lose bodyfat. Most of them stay because they find out our training programs are as beneficial as they are affordable.

Some are here for specific reasons—doctor’s orders, for example, to help with post-surgery physical recovery, diabetes, and fibromyalgia. Some ladies want to get in shape so they’ll have a healthier pregnancy, and some want to get back in shape after the newest member of the family has arrived.

Others are here for sport-specific reasons…we’ve trained high school softball players, swimmers, mixed-martial arts fighters, football players, powerlifters, soccer players…you get the idea.

In short, regardless of your fitness goals, we’re here to help. Now…take a minute and check out our clients’ success stories…

Before I started working with Bret, I was 26, trapped in a 56 year old body. I was about 280lbs, and very out of shape. I would wake up in the morning sore and by the end of the day, I’d be worn out. I like to bowl, but I was getting to the point where I could not do it very well. After trying many things on my own, I was directed to work with Bret. I was skeptical and very uncomfortable at first. I’ve never worked out in a “gym” before. Could he help me? Was I too far gone? Who would see me work out? I’ll look like an idiot.

Bret and Kurt have honestly saved me, and improved the quality of life for both my wife and I. I have dropped 50lbs, and am dropping more. I am fitting into clothes that I haven’t been able to wear since college. Training with Bret, and attending the H.O.T. classes, I have been able to take on additional physical endeavors, try sports I haven’t been able to before, and generally feel better through out the day. For me, I get bored very easily, but the guys have been able to keep my workouts very dynamic. It’s been 4 months, and I haven’t done the same workout twice.

If your idea of a workout is doing the same thing day-in and day-out, then this is NOT the place for you! Varied types of exercises strive to work multiple muscle groups to get the most from your session. I particularly like doing the tractor tire flip and sledge hammer work (altho’ my trainer Jon says most folks DON’T like those – ha!).

Personalized, individual attention with good emphasis on nutrition and overall approach to fitness. If you’re looking for something other than a corporate “globo-gym” environment, then you’ll love the friendly trainers at Endless Possibilities!
