With summer slowly disappearing and the days getting darker faster keeping motivated can be a challenge, especially with children. As adults, we understand that habits develop early in life, one of the best habits to form is activity development. This can range from sports like soccer, basketball or baseball. If your child is not into sports have them try a hobby instead for example, have them try bike riding and hiking. The goal is to help your child find something active that makes them feel successful. Making outside activities a habit early on in your child’s life can help keep from in front of the TV.
