Cardio Weight Loss Weapon

tires_weights1To receive maximum results while performing cardio you must pay attention to your heart rate. This will deliver the biggest results in the shortest amount of time. There are typically two different types of runners, those who love it, and those who know they need to do it to achieve their weight loss goals.

If you’re an athlete needing a new push to your next cardio level, or someone needing a fitness cardio plan that can help you achieve your weight loss goals, a heart-rate monitor should be a top tool in your gym bag.

The heart-rate monitor will help you track your progress and provide a gauge so you know when you need to hit the next level.  Most gym equipment that provide a built in heart monitor will be made for general weights to meet the public need. It is best for you to have your own monitor to track your progress and not have to worry about the machines being off caliber from over use.

Personally, I am a huge fan of interval workouts for cardio and weight lifting. You can accomplish a lot with 1 minute intervals for 6 different exercises 4 times within a workout session. The person I am training will get excited because they realize they only have to do a 1 minute worth of exercise at a time. The goal is to see how many reps can be performed within that 1 minute. The majority of my clients will be breathing harder and pushed to their training max from the interval workouts than those with a ‘take your time’ workout.

If you need a custom interval workout made for you feel free to contact us. With our fitness gym located in Omaha, we cater to Nebraska and Iowa residents. Ladies don’t be shy, with over 80% of our clients being woman we specialize in creating workout routines specifically for woman to help tone those sexy legs, sculpt that back and even reduce those curvy hips.
